My name is Michelle and I'm a PhD scientist, a qualified herbalist and I love animals.

I have studied diabetes for over 20 years, then Covid happened and the funding that was already excruciatingly hard to come by was diverted to Covid research in an attempt to hold back the tidal wave of devastation it was so cruelly plundering the world with.

Unfortunately, this meant insufficient funding for our research and our wonderful, inventive and productive laboratory closed at the end of March 2021.

My other passions in life include animals and I have many years of experience helping my own horses and those of friends using natural remedies.

While I have built up a lot of knowledge about herbs and nutraceuticals over the years, I decided to formalise this, so I now also hold two Herbalism Diplomas from the Centre Of Excellence (Master Herbalist and Herbal Product making - I both both with a distinction).  

My aim is to use that knowledge (and to keep learning) to provide effective, natural products to help humans and our animals.

I hope to have time to start a blog in the future with interesting stories.
