For this Tub Tea, we blend together Devil’s Claw (well known as an anti-inflammatory herb, containing the active ingredient harpagoside) and Arnica Montana (widely used to relieve pain and bruising. The herbs are ground into a powder to allow a stronger tub tea to be brewed. 
Next, we include sodium bicarbonate and a little citric acid to aid the release of the active ingredients and to soften the water. 
Epsom, Dead Sea and Himalayan Salts are added for their benefits to skin and aching muscles.
Nourishing sweet almond and coconut oils are blended with the herbs to enhance the already spa-like experience of this tub tea.
Petitgrain and Bergamot essential oils combine beautifully with the scent of arnica and a gentle, skin safe mica dye adds a little colour to your bathwater. 
Directions for use: Remove the plastic wrapping and place the tub tea bag into your bath while the water is running. You will notice that it puffs up as the sodium bicarbonate and citric acid get to work. Gently squeeze the tub tea bag to help release the herbal tea into your bathwater, repeat the gentle squeezing until you notice no more colour coming from the tea bag. Enjoy your bath!
You can use the muslin bag as a bath loofah, then it can be cut open, the spent herbs can be composted and the muslin bag can be recycled.
