SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 - 5 business days. We are a small family business and our bath & body products, fly repellents, shampoos, no-rinse washes etc. are all made by us in small batches. As such, when have many orders, we need a little time to produce further batches then bottle and label them prior to dispatch.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Naturally we aim to produce, package and send out high quality products and hope that you and your horses/dogs enjoy them as much as we delight in making them. If, however, items arrive damaged or the wrong item was sent to you, we are happy to replace the item or offer a refund upon return of the item to us at your cost.
